All of there staff are incredibly well trained they will give you mutiple solutions and work with you to find the one that is absolutely best for you. They took an entire load off my back and have helped me learn the steps necessary to continue on the right path. I worked with Ryan Epp and have nothing but good things to say about him. They were friendly and understood my needs.Explained everything to me as we went along and the tax implications.I would give 5 stars but after it felt like don’t let the door hit you on the way out. But in their defence they were extremely busy.

I worked with them for three years tax and was audited for two years. When I went to them to dispute the audit they took so long to competed it that it was not accepted by the govt for the first year, the second year made the cut by weeks, and had to still pay back over half of what they originally filed for me to receive.I lost over $9000 to the govt, where I should not have paid. They took over 8 months to complete work they had originally worked on.I am still disputing this issue with them to have my bill reflect their negligence on a issue that should have been dealt with on a timely matter, as accountants I had full trust that they would know about timelines and how important they when dealing with the government.At no time did they let me know about the time lines and how important they were.When I spoke to them about it after I found out that the first year I was audited was beyond the time line they could dispute it; it was disregarded with a 10% discount, which was less than 1% of the amount I lost.

MNP has been amazing throughout my experience with them, they are so understanding and compassionate and helpful with all of my concerns and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who anyone who requires any service they offer.
